How the Referral Process Works

Submit Your Request

Tell us about your loved one's care needs, schedule, location, and any special requirements. The more detail you share, the better we can match you.

We Find Your Match

We search our network of screened CNAs and private caregivers to identify candidates who fit your family's unique needs and preferences.

Meet & Decide

We introduce you to one or more caregivers. You interview them, check references, and choose the person you feel most comfortable with.

One-Time Referral Fee

Once you've selected your caregiver, a one-time referral fee is collected. After that, you work directly with your caregiver — no ongoing agency costs.

Important — PT / OT / Speech therapy assistance

Caregivers and CNAs may only assist with a home exercise program that has been prescribed by a licensed physician and left at home by the client's therapist. They cannot modify, design, or independently direct any therapy exercises under any circumstances.

Therapists typically visit for 45-minute sessions 3 times per week. A full-time or live-in caregiver can help clients transitioning home from rehabilitation continue their prescribed home program between those visits — supporting recovery at home with a CNA or caregiver present around the clock.
