Who We're Looking For

We welcome experienced caregivers who are passionate about providing quality in-home care.

Active CNA license or equivalent caregiver certification
Current CPR / First Aid certification
Minimum 1 year of professional caregiving experience
Verifiable professional references (2 or more)
Ability to pass a background check
Reliable transportation

Please attach all required documents to your email. A Care Friends agent will contact you once your credentials have been reviewed.

Important — Document Year Requirement

Every document submitted must be dated and valid for 2026. This includes your TB test results (within the last 12 months), background check (within the last 6 months), CPR card, and any active licenses or certifications. Applications submitted with expired documents will not be processed.

Please provide 3 professional references — past clients, employers, supervisors, or colleagues who can speak to your caregiving work. Personal references (family/friends) are not accepted.

☐ Caregiver Acknowledgment

I understand that, if accepted into the Care Friends network, I will represent myself only as an independent caregiver referred by Care Friends and not as a home care agency or agency representative. I agree not to solicit Care Friends clients for any agency or competing service, not to send another caregiver in my place without prior written approval from Care Friends, and to comply with the Care Friends Referral Protection Policy. I understand that violating these terms may result in immediate and permanent removal from the Care Friends referral network and loss of all future referral opportunities.
